High gain and low distortion from Silencer preamps
The UNITY DR16 features Peavey-exclusive technology to enhance live sound reproduction, including Silencer mic preamps, which allow very high gain with low noise and distortion for crystal-clear signal reproduction. The Silencer is a state-of-the-art, low impedance preamp engineered with selected low-noise transistors with a wide dynamic range to accommodate any type of microphone or another low impedance source.
Mid-Morph equalization on every input
The very best mixers allow audio to be precisely tuned to a particular environment by using sophisticated equalization. Every one of the UNITY DR16's inputs is loaded with Peavey's Mid-Morph equalization, which is actually two EQ controls in one. When the knob is cut, it pulls out low-mid frequencies that muddy the sound. When boosted, it shifts to an upper-mid frequency that brightens the vocal range. Mid-Morph can enhance vocal or music clarity and eliminate the boominess that may result from less-than-perfect room acoustics.





Convenient wireless connectivity
If you don't like being tied down to a mixer, you'll love the UNITY DR16. Its mixed network configuration supplies you with up to 10 Ethernet and 4 Wi-Fi connections simultaneously. You can use these connections to update the UNITY DR16's firmware or use the Peavey app to tweak your sound from the stage or live room.
