Taking their inspiration from a legendary 1980s modular synthesizer, the Behringer System 100 Eurorack modules serve up the ‘ultra-modern’ synth sounds that underscored a decade of decadence. The Behringer 130 Dual VCA Module is the System 100’s workhorse amplifier. It has two independent VCA sections with three signal inputs and three mod inputs, both equipped with a three-way mixer. The Behringer 103 includes "high" outputs for running signal to line-level inputs, such as mixers, outboard processors, and recording interfaces, and “low” outputs for routing the audio to guitar pedals, amps, and DI boxes. Other unique features include an initial gain knob, which helps open the amplifier when using bi-directional modulation signals like LFOs, and switchable linear and exponential modes that work great for shaping the behavior of envelope generators and volume control.
