It also features rosewood binding, mother-of-pearl dot inlays, abalone rosette and Venetian cutaway that make this Taylor a timeless statement of tone and taste. The warm, responsive tone of Engelmann spruce enhances the rich, full overtones of Indian rosewood in this classic tonewood pairing. The Taylor Dreadnought is a focused guitar with plenty of presence, recently redesigned to be even more assertive. Using proprietary pickup technology developed at Taylor, the Expression System® amplifies your guitar with an unrivaled, natural live sound. The finish used to create this guitar's lustrous gloss top, back, and sides was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. This ultra violet-cured finish is also more environmentally friendly than traditional lacquer finishes. Available in natural finish.
