The 2015 ES-Les Paul Semi-Hollow bass is a stylish short-scale, semi-hollow bass with classic Les Paul-inspired looks, versatile humbucking pickups, and outstanding playing comfort from rounded 'C' neck with rolled binding. New for 2015, the ES-Les Paul has tons of new features. The F-Hole emblem engraved truss rod cover dons the iconic symbol of the Gibson ES line and is now the hallmark of Gibson Memphis. The die cast alloy hipshot Ultralite tuners make tuning fast and easy. The short scale bass neck comes in at 30.2" letting you make your way up and down the neck without trouble. Combine that with a rolled neck binding and low profile frets, and you get a vacation for your hands, smooth playability and accurate intonation. The historic truss rod has superior adjustability due to the Teflon coating, larger diameter rod, original brass anchor and larger washer. The real bone nut provides smooth tuning and excellent durability. New design bass humbucker pickups unleash enormous, full tone with clarity and punch. Also new to 2015 is the bass tune-o-matic bridge and the bass stop bar tailpiece
