Although the d:vice MMA-A can be used right out of the box, you need to download the free d:vice app to gain access to its advanced parameters. Use the Gain slider to adjust your input levels. The Filter button activates a built-in highpass filter. Plug a set of headphones into your iOS device, and use the Mon button to hear what you're recording. Prevent third party apps from controlling your gain settings with the Lock button. Choose between mono, dual mono, and stereo recording. At Sweetwater, we appreciate that you can also store your preferred settings as recallable presets.
