Paul Lairat Stega 2016 Koa

Here we have the 5 string version of the Stega bas by Paul Lairat. Look at all of Paul’s designs and you will see a luthier not looking to play it safe with his bass designs. I love that in a builder, but the bottom line for me is whether the bass “works” or not. How does the bass play and sound ? Is it a great bass ?
