85/15 pickups deliver classic '80s PRS tone
PRS guitars have been applauded for their 1985 Standard Treble and Bass pickups, which helped pave the way toward getting single-coil tones from humbucking pickups. The 85/15 pickups in this Private Stock guitar take the 1985 pickup design and refine it with things PRS has learned about making pickups since then. The Private Stock #5846's Brazilian rosewood neck and fingerboard offer smooth playability from headstock to body.
