Truly a masterbuilt instrument of epic proportions, this is one of the most unique and striking pieces we’ve ever had enter our doors. This simply remarkable guitar digs deep into the depths of guitar innovation, featuring an incredible one-piece chambered ash body in a polygonal, contoured body shape, a stained flame maple fingerboard featuring an extravagant blue to purple gradient that matches the stain of the stunning alder burl body top, and resin-finished edges on the horns and lower right bout, along with some classy mixed-gold Hipshot hardware. Even the pickup covers are finished to match the multiscale radius of the fingerboard! Wow. This guitar truly needs to be seen to be believed. All of these aren’t just for show, though, as the playability and tone of this beast matches the visual experience. The asymmetrical neck profile is a joy to maneuver on, and your hand wraps around it very comfortably, and you’ll find yourself to be equally adept playing single-note lead lines as crushing power chords, which the Bare Knuckle Aftermath 7 pickups excel at. They’re searing-hot and ready to melt faces. Designed with heavy rock and metal in mind, they can handle any high-gain situation you throw at them with ease. The upper mids are distinct and articulate to cut through any mix.
