Curtail from omiindustriies is a four-channel level shifter, intended to bring audio Eurorack levels (+/-5V) to video Eurorack levels (+/-1V), as popularized by LZX Industries. It's perfect for users looking to integrate audio and video modules in a single system. Each channel divides the input voltage by 5, bringing +/-5V signals down to +/-1V. This scales with the input voltage level; a +/-8V signal will divide down to +/-1.6V. The design features high-speed op-amps, allowing for level shifting over a wide range of frequencies, from sub-audio into video rate. This simple module provides a great way to bring together a hybrid audio/video system and get them communicating efficiently.
