MALEKKO HEAVY INDUSTRY QUAD VCA

Containing four VCAs with mixing and presets, the Quad VCA from Malekko Heavy Industries provides a wide range of functionality behind its 8hp faceplate. Each of the VCAs features a primary input, CV input, and individual output. Input one is normalled to channels two through four, and a mix output contains a mix of all four channels. All the CV inputs accept bipolar CV with a +/-10V range. Offset and CV attenuversion is controlled on a per-channel basis using the select button and the dedicated knob. Individual channels also have a mute button to bring them in and out on the fly.

Two scan modes unlock a deeper set of functionality. Scan takes four inputs and one CV signal and scans between the four channels, while pan takes one input signal and puts the routing to the four outputs under voltage control. The remote switch provides access to saved presets. Save and recall up to 16 presets using the Varigate 4+ and up to 100 presets with the Varigate 8+. Use with a more extensive Varigate system or on its own as a flexible VCA and mixer; the Quad VCA fits into any setup.
