Erica Synths Black BBD Analog Delay

ERICA SYNTHS BLACK BBD

Truly an analog delay for the modern day, the Erica Synths Black BBD is an authentic bucket brigade delay module boasting plenty of voltage control options and modern circuitry to deliver super clean audio. Inside, you'll find two delay lines, with 1024 and 4096 stages each and the ability to crossfade between the two for smooth multitap effects. There's also an onboard LFO for delay time modulation, but of course external sources may be patched in for external control too.

A defining characteristic of a BBD effect is its dark sound, as most circuits employ substantial filtering to accommodate bleed from the internal clocking system. Erica Synths have spent substantial time and effort in developing a unique noise reduction circuit, maintaining much more of the high end than you'd expect from a BBD.
