FUTURE SOUND SYSTEMS MTX8

Put a EMS-style pin matrix directly into your pedalboard or synthesizer setup with the MTX8 from Future Sound Systems, perfect as a complex signal router. It can be used to route any of the eight inputs to any of the eight outputs. These are mono unbalanced ¼" connections that accept a wide range of signals. It basically acts as eight buffered multiples with eight mixers that can be routed using the pins and the matrix of connections. The solid construction means it can stand up to the wear and tear of the road, and the laminated front panel lets you write on it with a dry erase marker to easily indicate routing. Although it uses ¼" connections, synthesizers such as Eurorack modules that use 3.5mm connections can be used with adapter cables. The MTX8 is a great way to reorder your whole effects chain quickly and easily and can be used for complex feedback paths or just as a visual way to indicate how everything is connected.
