Emulating their famous CFIIIS concert grand piano, Yamaha took meticulous care to capture the sound of this world-renowned piano using the Pure CF Sound Engine. The weighted keybed features Graded Hammer Standard technology that balances the feel of the keys. Low notes have more resistance and the weighting scales as you move up the keybed, mimicking an acoustic piano's feel.

And not only does it feel like a grand piano, but the String and Resonance Damper DSP captures the sympathetic and reverberant sounds within a grand piano. A built-in stereo sound system provides amplification of your playing wherever you need it, and the included Intelligent Acoustic Control continuously adapts volume levels as you play. When using the P-125 with headphones, the Stereo Optimizer adjusts the perceived positioning in your headphones to simulate the sound coming directly from the piano. Use the P-125 for lessons with the split feature that divides the piano in half for both a teacher and student to play simultaneously.
