This classic Dove-style dreadnought features a solid Sitka spruce top with solid figured maple back and sides for powerful, punchy treble and midrange, adding sparkling tone to your performances. A smooth, stunning mahogany neck with Indian rosewood fingerboard offers impeccable response and playability, and a compound dovetail neck-to-body joint with hot hide glue ensures not only enhanced resonance, but durability as well. And when you plug in the Frontier, you will be blown away by the pristine, natural acoustic tone from the onboard LR Baggs VTC pickup. From stem to stern, the Epiphone Frontier is designed for incredible tone, playability, and presentation!

Fine appointments and stunning detail

The Epiphone Frontier has all the attention to detail and design elements that their USA-made acoustics are known for. To begin, traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing provides not only enhanced resonance, but tonal support that is subtle but present with every note and every strum. A genuine Indian rosewood, a belly-up bridge, and a real bone and nut saddle also add resonance, not to mention stage-ready presentation.
