Intuitive Touch-sensitive Control for Your Lights
Ready to exercise total control over your lighting system? The Obsidian NX Touch 512-channel DMX lighting controller is powerful enough for professional use, but has a simplified control surface that anyone can use. Loaded with 14 touch faders and 20 velocity-controlled pads, you can control playbacks, fixture parameters, and trigger momentary effects. The NX touch is compatible with all ONYX consoles and PC software, and has an integrated DMX output that expands up to 128 Universes. Additionally, programming buttons such as Record, Edit, Update, Load, and Clear on the control panel let you control entire scenes with ease. The Obsidian NX Touch gives you the functionality you need to reach your creative potential.
Combined playback and programming surface
The NX Touch is a simple plug 'n' play solution for all of your lighting needs. In addition to controlling the playback to your lighting fixtures, the NX Touch also lets you program your next moves. On the left side of the console you’ll find 10 touch-sensitive faders with 10 velocity-controlled pads below the fader strips. You can easily toggle between banks and adjust your levels without having to touch your PC. At Sweetwater, we’ve found that the 10 multipurpose function keys are useful for triggering fog machines, color changers, and more. While your programs are running you can use the four faders and other controls on the right side of the console to Load, Record, Edit, and Clear existing programs.
