This unique guitar features a new pickup design by Reverend, the Dual-Pro bridge pickup. Based on an old Supro pickup, the Dual-Pro is a hot single coil with a second blade pole-piece. This unique design yields a Tele-esque, P-90 humbucker tone, in other words it is fat, loud, and clear with a distinctive chime that is almost twang and nearly grind but all sparkle. In addition to the Dual-Pro, the Reverend Rick Vito Signature features a Reverend P-90 in the neck position but it has been moved closer to the bridge pickup for a touch more bite. This unique combination of pickups in a solid korina body with a raised center, gives the Reverend Rick Vito Signature a unique tone and response that is unlike any other guitar out there.
