The Flickinger Angry Sparrow Deluxe is a hand-built fuzz pedal made right here in the USA. This pedal is perfect for providing a versatile dirt platform for any guitarist, from mild warm boost to gritty drive to all out heavy fuzz. Utilizing a single gain stage instead of cascaded gain stages like most fuzzes, the Flickinger Angry Sparrow Deluxe provides an extremely musical tone that is harmonically rich and dynamic at any level of saturation. The Deluxe version features a passive, 3-band tone stack that is very interactive and provides more versatility than the original. These are subtractive controls that are bypassed when at maximum clockwise settings. The Gain control was painstakingly designed to go from a warm boost with a bit of compression to all out vintage fuzz while attaining a plethora of sought after overdrive and fuzz tones in between. The Flickinger Angry Sparrow Deluxe provides a versatile saturation stage that 's perfect as a standalone effect or great for pushing into an already saturated amplifier.
