Fender Custom Shop 60's Telecaster Closet Classic

This Fender Custom Shop 60s Telecaster puts the tone, the look, the feel and the performance of an original in your hands. This guitar is #59 out of a limited run of 150 and is crafted to the same specifications of the coveted Telecasters of the early 1960s, with a few custom modifications to bring out the finest sound and playability. The alder body shows off a thin layer of custom Daphne Blue nitrocellulose lacquer that lets its remarkable resonance ring out, and it is tastefully and gently worn to convey the charm of a decades-old relic that may have been forgotten in a closet for the past 50 years. The Twisted Tele neck pickup and the Abby hand-wound ’67 Tele Bridge pickup, signed by Abigail Ibarra, of course, and the 3-position switch with modern wiring give you all of the tones you expect from a Tele, while the quarter sawn mid-60s oval “C” neck, rosewood fretboard with taller 6105 frets and a flatter 9.5” radius make it an absolute delight to play.
