The legendary sounds of the original triangle-era Muff resonate in everyone's head at one time or another.ﾠ Known for long, liquid sustain and big, full chords this classic circuit (like any other) wasn't perfect but when the tolerances of the components were just right, so was the tone.ﾠ The VFE Fiery Red Horse was designed to nail those tolerances and expand the overall tonal range of this classic circuit.ﾠ Starting with the clipping, the VFE Fiery Red Horse features a three-way switch for three different clipping options, Asymmetric (single-sided germanium clipping), LED, and Standard old-school transistor like the original.ﾠ In addition to the clipping options, the VFE Fiery Red Horse also introduces a Power control that varies the voltage to the last three transistor stages for that dying battery fizz as well as a Mid control for adding midrange to the classic "scooped" tone.ﾠ The VFE Fiery Red Horse is as versatile a BM variant that can be found and like all VFE pedals it's made with the highest quality components and built to last.
