The Carol-Ann OD3 is a 50 watt tube amplifier that provides a sonically versatile platform for any guitarist. Much like the OD2 series, the Carol-Ann OD3 adds another gain channel for maximum flexibility. The Clean channel is warm and beautiful with a percussive attack quality that makes each note stand out and full chords punch through with chime and clarity. The two Drive channels are voiced to complement each other to the max with Channel B providing a classic rhythm tone from light crunch to heavier rock. Channel C takes up from there starting with a rocking rhythm crunch and going all the way to a sweetly compressed lead tone that responds like liquid and can sustain for as long as you like. Both drive channels of the Carol-Ann OD3 provide harmonically rich overdrive and even at the extreme settings the clarity and note definition are second-to-none. The Carol-Ann OD3 is a true workhorse amplifier that is designed to not only provide the best tone possible but also provide the versatility a working guitarist needs for any gig.
