Lindy Fralin P90 Dogear Pickups BlackThe Gibson soapbar version of the single-coil pickup is known for huge, punchy mids when played clean, and thick, raunchy grind when pushing the front-end of a tube amplifier. Lindy Fralin has designed his P-90 pickups to uphold this fine tone tradition by meticulously replicating the classic Gibson soapbar sounds of the past.

The Fralin P-90 pickup features adjustable poles, ALNICO magnets and vintage cream-colored pickup covers (also available in black).

These pickups are wound with 42-gauge Plain Enamel wire to vintage specifications, with the neck pickup wound 15% under stock specs. (Stock Fralin P90's have ten-thousand turns, so we use the number of turns per pickup instead of ohm readings for different model options.)

The Lindy Fralin P-90 pickup set features a reverse-wound bridge pickup for hum-canceling capability when both neck and bridge pickups are selected at the same time.
