The Reverend Buckshot is perfect for the player seeking the classic American twang with more versatility and a bit thicker overall tone. Bursting with midrange honk and classic 'Tron rhythm tones, the Reverend Buckshot features a solid Korina body with a bolt-on maple neck. The super tight neck joint guarantees wonderful vibrational transfer and yields incredible sustain while the Korina body produces a lively, resonant tone. The neck is a medium oval shape that is perfect for both small and large hands and will satisfy any player whether they like thin or fat necks. The Reverend Buckshot is loaded with a Reverend twang-style single coil in the bridge position and a Reverend RevTron mini-humbucker in the neck, both designed by Joe Naylor. While the bridge pickup is a bit thicker than the traditional American twang, backing off the unique Bass Contour control brightens both pickups up and delivers twang and punchy, bright rhythm tones. The Reverend Buckshot delivers a versatile instrument that is perfect for many styles of music from country to rock to jazz to blues.
