The Duesenberg Pomona 6 combines the musical versatility of a pedal steel guitar with the portable simplicity of a lap steel. The pedals, rods, rollers and other moving parts of the traditional pedal steel are replaced by the Duesenberg Multibender bridge that lets you bend individual strings with the palm of your hand. Install up to 6 separate levers, one for each string, to bend each string up to a whole step while leaving the other strings in tune. The one piece mahogany body, 2 Duesenberg Little Toaster pickups with 3-way switching, and the extra heavy Duesenberg DSL16 Strings create a rich, full bodied tone, and a master Volume and Tone control let you dial in your sound with a 70 degree sweep that puts all-natural “swell” and “wah” effects at your fingertips. An integrated capo works as a zero fret for a 25.6” scale length or moves to any position on the fretboard for instant transposition. Alternate tunings are easy with 6 Duesenberg Z-Tuners stylishly appointed with “Art Diego” buttons and the Television Yellow finish, black anodized aluminum fretboard and control plate, and the nickel hardware add a touch of style to an already masterful instrument. Comes with a custom lined case.
