Artcore players represent a wide range of musical genres, but the Ibanez Artcore Expressionist AFJ957 Hollowbody Electric Guitar is dedicated to the jazz guitarist seeking to break new sonic ground with the addition of a 7th string. It features a spruce top and flamed maple back & sides for pure Jazz tone. This model has dual Artcore Custom-7 pickups to deliver the full range of tones and overtones that 7 strings can produce. The 20-fret fretboard produces that authentically warm jazz tone and to top it off: the AFJ957 comes equipped with high-quality flatwound strings.
