Years after exploring the deep tones of maple with the Dominion Maple series, Ddrum has brought the name back to take on the balanced, punchy sound of birch. This standalone Ddrum Dominion Birch snare drum features an 8-ply birch shell, with all the versatility that material entails — a wide tuning range, complex mix of overtones, and a combination of attack and sustain that works in both studio and live applications. This drum also features 10 pairs of Dominion-style box lugs, which are designed to be sturdy yet compact enough to maximize resonance and show off the striking shell finishes.This snare drum also includes 2.3 mm triple-flange hoops, a 45° bearing edge and a coated Remo dot batter head.
