Jackson crafted the MJ Series Dinky DKRP to be a high-performance solidbody electric with maximum clarity, sustain, and sonic power. Its graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple neck boasts a sculpted heel for complete access to its upper frets, while a hand-rubbed satin finish supplies maximum low-drag comfort. This Dinky’s fast-playing ebony compound-radius fretboard features 24 jumbo frets, making it the ideal platform for heavy riffing and high-speed soloing. Down low, your fretting hand will appreciate the 12-inch radius that keeps things comfortable for natural, relaxed chord work. Up top, a 16-inch radius lays it all out flat for effortless, low-action, lightning-fast runs, and wide string bends without fretting out.

The Jackson MJ Series Dinky DKRP is equipped with a powerful pair of DiMarzio pickups, the go-to tone combination for countless rock and metal guitarists. The DiMarzio Super Distortion humbucker in the bridge position delivers high-output tone with smooth highs, robust mids, and a rock-solid low-frequency presence. For maximum tonal range, it’s paired with a PAF Pro DP151 humbucker in the neck position. It blends the open and airy sound of classic PAF pickups with enhanced presence to cut through the mix, even with heavy effects processing.




Gotoh tremolo dive-bombs with the best of them
For expressive performance, the MJ Series Dinky DKRP comes armed with a recessed Gotoh GE1996T tremolo. The guitarists here at Sweetwater have found this double-locking trem is one of the best high-end licensed Floyd Rose models out there. It’s made with premium components, including a hardened-steel baseplate, steel saddles, and a machined brass sustain block. Like all classic locking tremolos, the Gotoh GE1996T tolerates depraved amounts of whammy bar abuse without going out of tune.
