The Reverend Kingbolt combines extraordinary sound with an elegant,
new design. A Reverend Special H Bridge pickup delivers high-output
clarity that is slightly hotter than a classic PAF, while the Reverend
Special H neck pickup serves up open, well-defined tones that is
slightly cleaner than a classic PAF. The Kingbolt has a bolt on maple
neck with a 12” Radius maple fretboard, and a solid, contoured korina
body all fastened together by a six bolt neck plate that insures a
resonant, lively instrument with plenty of touch-sensitive sustain.
3-way switching and master Tone and Volume controls allow for the full
variety of classic tones, while Reverend’s Bass Contour control puts
the low end in your hands to revoice your pickups’ output to your own
musical needs. The Kingbolt features a solid Wilkinson WVS50 IIK tremolo
and Reverend Pin-Lock tuners for excellent vibrato capabilities and
tuning stability. The Reverend Kingbolt plays, looks, feels, and sounds
like a boutique instrument that is bound to become a classic.
