The 3.14 is Noisemaker Effects’ take on the classic Big Muff Pi fuzz. We’ve taken inspiration from it, and created an original circuit that not only gets the classic muff tones, but gives much more versatility as well.

This is not a clone, but a new circuit entirely that expands on the classic, to create new sounds, while retaining that “Big Muff Tone”.

In comparison to a traditional Big Muff Pi, the Noisemaker Effects 3.14 gives you:



Wider gain range. Get lower gain fuzz, to the classic level of Big Muff gain, to even more gain than that.
More balanced tone range, with more versatility. Scooped mids, flat mids, and boosted mids all in one tone control, giving you far more flexibility.
A standard 9v power supply. No 1/8” plug - just a standard plug like all other Noisemaker Effects pedals.
Point to Point hand wiring, and at a price point matching some of the cheapest, mass-produced Big Muffs out there!



Like all Noisemaker Effects products, the 3.14 is hand made from high quality parts, including Neutrik Jacks, Alpha Pots, and 3PDT footswitches.
