One of the few '59 Bursts that's still active in extensive touring and recording sessions, we simply cannot imagine a better prototype for a Gibson Artist Model than this. Offered here in True Historic specifications, it's a special privilege for us to extend these stunning replicas of Mr. McCready's beast of a 'Burst to our illustrious Wildwood customers.

Tonal Evaluation
This incredible McCready has pop, snap and attitude for weeks. Crisp, open, singing highs are extremely expressive with a beautiful sizzle to the attack, complimented by an immediate bounce and dynamic response. Harmonic content is massive, with a very vintage inspired muscle. Lows are tight and responsive, with a midrange push that is balanced, even and full. This McCready is absolutely killer in every way, reminding us of some of our favorite vintage Bursts we've had the privilege of playing!
