The Wampler Leviathan Fuzz is an all-original circuit that was designed to be a tone-crushing monster of a pedal, and boy it truly is.ﾠ While the Leviathan is all about destroying guitar tone and pushing out powerful walls of fuzz, it also has a sweeter side that retains the guitar's tone while simultaneously destroying it.ﾠ The Wampler Leviathan Fuzz is also versatile with controls for Bass and Treble for ultimate tone shaping as well as a Roar/Rumble switch that allows for either germanium or silicon based fuzz.ﾠ The tone spewing forth from the Leviathan can be open and gritty or compressed and sustain-y covering almost all the bases of fuzz from vintage to modern.ﾠ Unlike most fuzz pedals that are based on classic designs, the Wampler Leviathan Fuzz is a completely original circuit that produces aggressive fuzz tones and monstrously huge walls of sound.
