Loaded with Alnico V bar magnets the Fralin P90 delivers punchy midrange when clean and snappy grind when overdriven. The bridge pickup is wound to stock spec (approximately 7.7k) for a clear, cutting tone that opens up with harmonics when pushing an amp while the neck pickup is wound 10% under (approximately 6.8k) for a big, round tone that comes through clear as a bell and sings with sustain when overdriven.
