Tonal Evaluation
This Tele is a lean, mean rock and roll machine! It's aggressive, but in a mannered way, like an expensive hitman. The bass response is huge, and the midrange has a glorious snarling character to it, but this guitar is quite dry and tight until you hit the upper frequencies, where you get all that signature Telecaster sizzle and squeal. The bridge pickup could win a street fight with an SG and the neck pickup is clear and open with strident upper-midrange.
