The Roland DJ-202 packs the features and layout of a full-sized DJ controller into a rugged, portable unit. Along with complete command of Serato DJ Intro, the DJ-202 provides you with everything you need to produce beats on-the-fly while performing, including built-in TR-series drum sounds and an integrated sequencer. Eight dedicated pads and transport controls make triggering samples and performing stutters easy, while a pair of low-latency platters allow you to scratch with finesse. A mic input with onboard effects brings new life to your DJ voice, radio drops, guest vocals, or external instruments. The DJ-202 is ideal for mobile applications, house parties, club rocking, beat battles, and more.

Scratching on the Roland DJ-202 is easy, thanks to its large, low-latency platters — they feel as natural as old-school vinyl. The DJ-202's dedicated transport controls allow for the quick creation and triggering of hot cues, loops, and samples, offering the same direct control that you'd normally associate with a high-end controller or standalone audio player. On top of that, the Deck Select button makes switching between the DJ-202's four decks fast and easy. Three FX Select buttons on each deck grant access to channel filters or Serato FX.

The DJ-202's expanded TR sounds include Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Closed Hat, Open Hat, Tom, Rim, Clap, and Ride — everything you need to produce jaw-dropping beats and sequences.

Delivering an awe-inspiring performance with the DJ-202 is easy. You can use the built-in TR drums as a foundation, or load your own sounds into Serato Sampler's four sample slots. Create engaging loops and beats using the DJ-202's integrated 16-step sequencer, then sync them with your Serato library to produce unique transitions, live remixes, or turbocharged classic tracks. And the best part is, you can do all of this in real-time! At Sweetwater, we've also used the DJ-202's MIDI output to sync MIDI-supported external devices to its sequencer and Serato DJ Intro.
