The Malekko Omicron Spring has been re-birthed as a high quality low noise spring reverb emulator that truly captures the nuances of the massive spring units of yesteryear. The Malekko Spring features an upgraded high quality switch that eliminates the slight pop heard before engaging most true bypass pedals. In addition the power jack hole has been enlarged to accompany every size of DC adapter. Internally Malekko has enhanced the frequency bandwidth of the effect to help capture a broadest spectrum of reverb possible. The noise to signal ratio has significantly dropped also, creating a nearly silent playing backdrop in which the drippy reverb can be heard clearly and distinctly. The two Pots have been upgraded and as a result are firm and twist with a solid reliability. The Malekko Spring is a classic pedal that is now manifested in its true glorious form with all the bells and whistles one would expect.
