With the Level control all the way down, the Super Chili Picoso acts as a wonderful signal buffer, with high input impedance and low output impedance that is transparent and pure and will drive signal with no tonal loss through long cable runs or lots of true bypass pedals. The clean boost mode gives the player the option of adding upward of 35db of boost that is perfect for driving the front end of overdrive pedals and amplifiers or adding enough volume to get the guitar out front of the mix for solos.
