This is a 1982 Hamer Standard in a Cherry Sunburst finish, complete with the original hardshell case, original Hamer warranty card with the serial of the guitar (0621) stamped onto it, and Hamer hangtag with suggested pickup settings included! The guitar is in excellent shape for its age, with only a few small centimeter sized dings around the edges of the body and headstock. The guitar is all original, and even includes a copy of a handwritten letter by the player who originally ordered it from a shop in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1981 with his specs of a black back finish, ‘Bound and Crowned” fretboard and his name engraved on the truss rod cover to make it his own guitar. This Standard plays wonderfully, and is an excellent piece for any Hamer aficionado!
