The MF Delay is a 100% analog delay with delay times between 35-700ms. At shorter delay times, the MF Delay creates fast, articulate slap-back and plate sounds. At medium and long delay times, the repeats get darker, warmer, and reverb-ier. The little brother to Moog’s famous MF-104 Analog Delay, the MF Delay has a single expression pedal input that can be used to control feedback or delay times, allowing you to create swells, chorus/flange tones, and tape delay effects.
The MF Delay was designed with over 300 carefully selected components including a whopping FOUR Bucket Brigade Delay (BBD) chips, a discreet JFET input stage, and a vintage compander circuit for superior tone and feel. The MF Delay, like all Minifoogers, is hand assembled at Moog’s factory in Asheville, NC.
As direct descendants of the Moogerfooger line (themselves direct descendants of the original Moog synthesizers), the new Minifoogers are guaranteed to earn a spot on your board – at a fraction of the price.
