By using the pushbutton switch in the center, you’re given access to four different modes, Auto, Step, Dyna and Echo.
Auto is the classic flanger mode, and can get extra gurgly and jet-plane-y for traditional flanger tones. The Step mode gives you access to a host of “stepped” waveforms, for more angular tones than a traditional wave sound. Dyna mode ties the flanger’s delay time to the strength of the pick attack, granting access to extra-spacy tones, while Echo mode gives you control over a flanger AND delay. Extra controls are available when holding down the Mode switch, just hold and turn to access several new parameters per mode.
The new Multijack lets you configure the F.13 Neo for use with an expression pedal, external footswitch or MIDI, and is easily programmable. You can even program the F.13 Neo to sweep between two sets of knobs with an expression pedal, along with 16 user presets.
