The Martin 000-28 Sweetwater Edition acoustic-electric guitar was designed in collaboration with...you guessed it...us! Our goal was to bring you the very best characteristics in the legendary 000-28, while adding some incredible features. Features like Martin's Golden Era Bracing, an Adirondack Spruce top, and an onboard LR Baggs Lyric pickup system. With all-solid wood construction, the 000-28 SE has a rich, complex sound with plenty of overtones. We put a lot of time and care into spec'ing the Martin 000-28 Sweetwater Edition just for you.

The Martin 000-28 Sweetwater Edition is based off of the well known classic, but with custom appointments that Sweetwater guitarists know you need to bring your performance to the next level. Some of the custom features include an upgrade to Adirondack spruce from the standard's Sitka top, a black ebony fretboard, and Martin's Golden Era bracing which maximizes movement in the top of the guitar, by way of increased scalloping and attention to how the braces contact each other. We also included the LR Baggs Lyric pickup system to get that gorgeous tone out to the masses.
