Alexander Waveland - Chorus/Phaser/Tremolo
Take a trip with us, won't you, as we punch our ticket to Waveland, from Alexander Pedals. The Waveland is a multi-modulator pedal, delivering three bang-up versions of classic effects in one tiny box.

The engine of this pedal, as it were, is a three-position toggle in the center of the pedal. The three options are Tremolo, Chorus and Phaser, and in each mode, the Tweak knob does something completely different.
In Tremolo mode, the Waveland is capable of providing spot-on recreation of many classic tremolo sounds such as all-tube trem, opto trem and old-school bias trem. In this mode, the Tweak knob dramatically shifts the waveform from a sine wave on the left to a narrow-duty square wave to the right. In this mode, Mix works almost like a second Depth control for some serious fine-tuning potential.
Chorus mode is especially lush, and because of the Mix control, it doubles as an exceptional vibrato as well. The Tweak knob ranges from a classic one-voice chorus on the left to an impossibly lush eight-voice flood to the right. Turning the Mix knob all the way up when in eight-voice territory is as about as lush as vibrato gets.
The Phaser mode of the Waveland is especially fat, as it calls to mind classic viscous phase tones that defined '70s rock and roll. In this mode, the Tweak knob controls the feedback—and boy can this thing get chewy. With the Mix all the way up, it creates a nifty phase-vibrato tone that's sure to stand out from the crowd.
One of the most exciting features of the Waveland is its unique Rate/Ramp footswitch. This footswitch can be used to pre-set two different effect speeds, and can be used to ramp up or down between them. Simply move the Rate knob to the desired "first" speed, then tap the switch. Then, move the Rate knob to the "second" speed, then tap it again. The Waveland remembers these settings. Now, tapping the footswitch ramps between these two speeds. Players can then press and hold the footswitch to select one of four ramping speeds, from instantaneous to incredibly slow. This feature can add some incredibly dynamics to your playing without having to bend down or perform a balancing act on one foot during a song.
Of course, all of this is governed by requisite Rate, Depth and Mix knobs, all of which help you tailor each and every feature of the Waveland to literally every genre of music on the planet. All aboard!
