OVERVIEW


The Axis Super Sport HH semi-hollow body builds upon the familiar aspects of the solid body classic by adding two chambers on either side of the pickups and an attractive "M" hole on the top. The result is a resonate and lighter guitar with smooth lows, airy highs and a very responsive attack.This model comes with DiMarzio custom humbuckers pickups each coil of which is controlled by a 5-way switch to offer a variety of coil combinations. In addition to the "regular" characteristics of positions 1, 3 and 5, positions 2 and 4 run coils 1/4 and 2/3 respectively in parallel. That's five distinct tones in all. Includes a hardshell case.
