Roland loaded the Demora Delay with an all-new algorithm that gives your audio a smooth and creamy delay with a quick response. With delay times that range from 20 microseconds to 10 seconds and a buffer hold function, this delay module can create subtle delays to heavy rhythmic effects. You can also take control of Demora's delay time, width, feedback, and dry/wet mix parameters externally via the built-in CV/Gate inputs.
Use standalone or as a Eurorack module
The really exciting thing about Roland's AIRA Demora is that it can be used as a standalone effects processor, as a 21HP Eurorack module for your modular synthesizer rig, or as a bridge between your modular rig and other gear. You have CV and Gate parameter control over delay time, width, feedback, and dry/wet mix. For more options on how you set up your synthesizer rig, the Demora's dual inputs and outputs are capable stereo and dual-mono operation. Whether you're staying in the AIRA multiverse, configuring a fully modular system, or creating a combination of the two, the AIRA Demora module can be integrated easily.
AIRA Link gives you audio and MIDI over USB
Because the Roland AIRA Demora is compatible with AIRA Link, you can route MIDI and audio to and from with a single USB cable. Plug it into Roland's AIRA MX-1 Mix Performer, for example, and use it as an external effect without having to connect audio and MIDI cables. You'll be able to sequence Demora's parameters and send audio to it without creating a mess of cables around your gear.
