Holy Moly! This is it, the be all, end all 000 from the Martin Custom Shop! Built from "Exceptionally Figured Koa" according to the work order. The Koa was selected by Frank during a trip out to the Martin Factory. We ordered a handful of these All Koa 45's in a variety of body styles. Every inch of this guitar is covered in flame and when viewed at different angles, you'll swear the figuring is moving like a ripple on a lake. Seriously. This 000 offers up fantastic balance that is never boomy. The Koa provides a brighter-than-rosewood tone, similar to Mahogany with fantastic focus, perfect for the recording studio. To compliment the insane Koa, we have dressed them as 45's for the utmost in aesthetics. Pearl, abalone, paua, all sorts of beautiful touches to take this stunner to the next level! All the specs are rather traditional for a familiar feel.
