PC1 Sustainer neck pickup
Your PC1 Phil Collen will arrive packing a sustain pickup in the neck position, ready to give you sustain for days. There's a toggle so you can turn the sustainer on or off, plus a switch that lets you choose whether the fundamental notes are sustained, or the harmonics. Once you get the hang of it, you can conjure wild tones that would be impossible to achieve without a sustainer pickup.




Quartersawn maple neck
The neck is one of the most important aspects of any guitar, which is why the Jackson PC1 Phil Collen features a quartersawn maple neck. Besides looking great, the straight grain of quartersawn necks is about 50% more rigid than plain-sawn necks, and less likely to warp, twist or shrink. And being more rigid, more string vibration is transferred from the neck to the body, which means big tone for you.




Real Floyd Rose tremolo
Jackson didn't give the PC1 Phil Collen just any old tremolo, they went for the real deal: a Floyd Rose Original. The Floyd Rose Original on the PC1 is preferred by players worldwide for its smooth action, incredible expressiveness, and its exceptional tuning stability.
