Amalfitano Pickups - The P90 Soapbar Set

These soapbars are designed to give the P90® user a smooth warm tone that growls when pushed to the limit.
Each pickup is designed to compliment each other when used together as a set. The Bridge pickup is constructed using vintage enameled magnetic wire and utilizes Alnico grade 2 bar magnets sandwiched between a plated baseplate and the bobbin. The Neck pickup is similar to the bridge with the exception of having a Reverse Wound Reverse Polarity construction that offers hum-canceling properties when selected to the (both on) middle position.
These come equipped with either black or cream colored plastic covers (please specify when ordering).
Most Amalfitano Pickup P90® replacement sets are assembled using vintage braided wire leads and are lightly wax potted to reduce the chance of microphonics.
