The ANB306E is the culmination of Adam’s far-reaching expertise as a player, and the lengthy experience Ibanez brings as the one of the world’s most advanced bass companies.Start with the sleek, comfortable, 5-piece ANB Maple/Purpleheart neck, skillfully married to body wings that boast the finest Quilted Maple top and Ash back. A Purpleheart fretboard with medium frets, and embellished with silvery Abalone oval inlays, augments the richness of the body’s deep, and provides unparalleled left-hand playing comfort.Black control hardware, tuners, and strap pins, add an air of tasteful punctuation.The ANB306E is precision routed to accept Bartolini’s xxM56C neck and bridge pickups, which are run through Bartolini’s beefy NTMB+F ANB Custom 3-band eq with mid frequency switching. Smooth winding Gotoh tuners and a Hipshot A-style bridge allow the strings to “float” above the fingerboard and across the pickups in manner that makes the ANB306E as easy and comfortable to play, as it is sexy to behold.To ensure proper protection to and from the gig, the ANB306E includes a specially fitted hardshell case.
