This is the 2012 MegaPAK Windows Band-in-a-Box upgrade/crossgrade that you can use on any version of Band-in-a-Box, Macintosh included. Band-in-a-Box isn't a hybrid purchase, and the developer offers a crossgrade option because the user has already purchased their license to use Band-in-a-Box with their previous OS purchase.

If you own any version of Band-in-a-Box, you can upgrade and take advantage of the more than 50 new features that have been released in the new version, along with all of the extra libraries and feaures listed here. Additionally, there are more than 100 new RealTracks for you to work with. If you never upgraded from 2011 to 2011.5, all of those upgrades are included as well. That's more than 100 new features and more than 200 new RealTracks for you to work with. This ships on two DVDs.
